User Accounts
To access features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Intellectual Property Rights

You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to submit the UGC and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights.
Content Usage and Licensing
SimpliResume offers digital content and services that users can access via free or paid memberships. Any content provided through the Service, including AI-generated insights, is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users do not obtain any ownership rights in the content provided.
AI-Generated Content and Risks

While we strive to provide accurate and useful information, AI can sometimes generate incorrect, misleading, or nonsensical content ("hallucinations"). Users should critically evaluate AI-generated content and not rely solely on it for making important decisions. User Conduct

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SimpliResume, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.
